In honor of the 250th anniversary of America, we're throwing our own tea party! Learn a little bit of history while making our own. It's the party to start off the 2026 Drop n' Chop season. We're showing our HospitaliTEA with tea sandwiches, tea bag shortbread cookies, tea "cup" cakes, a variety of teas, and our favorite, the tea slushie. We went all the way to Florida to get access to this secret recipe that we will be sharing with only your little colonist. We love to give gifts and tonight your tea enthusiast will be decorating their own tea box, filling it with personally selected teas, and spreading HospitaliTEA. If your chef thinks they do not like tea, sign them up anyway. We'll change their mind! My little Co-Chief Creative Officers have planned a crazy cool celebration for the end of class. Your chef is welcome to dress like a colonist. Prizes for the Best Dressed / Creative Costumes will be given. Special thank you to our youngest who helped to create this class! She brings her knowledge from extensively studying the important events leading up to 1776 and America's independence, including a trip to the Museum of the American Revolution in Philadelphia.
